Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Due to the nature of ingestible and personal care products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
